- A: Yes, you can cancel but it is subject to 7 days of receipt. An administrative charge of S$20.00 would still apply, excluding the additional cost needed for the pickup of the cancelled order from your address. Alternatively, you may choose to bring the product down to the address below and we shall refund to you the invoiced amount as originally charged to you, subject to a non-refundable administrative fee of S$20.00.
